Marshall L. Clouse, 73, of Milton died February 5, 2016 at Edgerton Care Center where he had resided for the past 14 years. Marshall was born on October 31, 1942 in Knoxville, TN, the son of Kenneth and Elizabeth “Betty” Wilson Clouse. He graduated from Janesville High School and served in the U. S. Army from March 20, 1964 to March 19, 1968. He married Lorelei Krueger on December 23, 1976. Marshall was formerly employed by Parker Pen Company and prior to retiring due to ill health was a truck driver employed by Schneider Trucking Company.
Surviving are his wife, Lorelei Clouse, his children, Rick (Dawn) Laws of Janesville, Dawn Walls of Clinton, grandchildren, Jaryd Walls, Brody Laws, Jordan Laws, Kayleen Walls, great-grandchild, Bentley Walls, his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Clouse and his brothers, Kenneth (Sandra) Clouse and Eugene Clouse, other extended family members, Erik and Jason Shaffer along with other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and a grandson, Gregory Walls.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Edgerton Care Center for their many kindnesses thru the years, also to Agrace HospiceCare staff for their compassionate care during his final days.
A visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at First Baptist Church, 3414 Woodhall Drive, Janesville with services to follow at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Rev. Jerry Amstutz will officiate. Military rites will be conducted by Kienow-Hilt V.F.W. Post # 1621. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date.
